Styal Cross.  The above remains of an old cross are believed to date from the medieval period.  The cross formerly stood at Styal Green but was moved to Holly Lane where it resided for many years.  While there it also gained a Victorian top section.  However, due to being damaged the cross moved to Styal in 1981 and the remnants can still be seen here.
