GODDESS NINA
NINA - also known as, Inanna, Nanna, Nana. She had several names, as we can see here. Inanna is a Sumerian Goddess, Queen of heaven, ruler of the cycles of the seasons and fertility. She was the widely known Goddess in the later periods of Sumer. Ancient great mother she is and was, holy one of many names: related to the tripartite moon. The judge of human kind of every year. She was represented with a fish tail or serpent tail; she is associated with herbs, the moon, healing, magick, intercession, and interpretation of dreams, crops, and civilization. Nina, in Assyro - Babylonian mythology, was the daughter of Ea, the Goddess of water, wisdom and technical skill. Nina is also the Goddess Nineva, the capital city of ancient Assyria.
Inanna's symbols are the eight-pointed star, the moon, the planet Venus, and the serpent. Being explicitly a Goddess of sexuality and fertility, her worship included sacred prostitution. With wings and serpents adoring her shoulders, we can see a trace of the ancient neolitic bird and snake Goddess. The symbol of caduceus and the double-headed axe both represent her power to bestow and withdraw life, which makes her very powerful role model, even for us today. She’s indeed has it all, A goddess, protectress, sensuous, a politician par excellence, intelligent, beautiful and powerful. She is aware of her prostitution in the world, and knows the great responsibility she has to fulfil.

HAIL! to the holy mother INANNA
I call forth her today, to bestow my beauty!
HAIL! to the Queen of Heaven!
OH great Goddess NINA
MY lady looks
In sweet wonder from heaven.
The people of Sumer parade
Before the holy INANNA
INANNA, the lady of the morning, is radiant.
I sign your praises,
OH holy INANNA.
The lady of the morning is radiant on the horizon!
HAIL! INANNA, oh great holy mother of heaven.
