Visualize yourself as growing immensely large, towering over your home, city,
state, country, & even the world. Continue to visualize growing larger & larger
than anything in the cosmos, until there is only darkness.
Slowly become aware of a brilliant white light above you, and draw it down with
your right (or casting) hand.
Touch your forehead & vibrate the word, "Atoh." ("Ateh" is also used.)
Bring the light down towards your groin area & vibrate the word, "Malkuth."
Draw the light to & touch your right shoulder. Vibrate, "Ve-Geburah."
Draw the light to & touch your left shoulder. Vibrate, "Ve-Gedulah."
Bring the light to the centre of your chest and vibrate, "Le Olam."
Visualize the circle of light filling you & your work space getting larger & vibrate,
"Amen."
The Hebrew translates as: "Thou art the Kingdom, and the Power, and the Glory,
Forever. (Or, "Unto the ages") So be it."
